Wanting small puppie

I am in need for a small puppy, yorkie terrier would be nice. I am in a family of 5, we all are trained with animals, and would treat him / her nice. Specifications would be, shots up to date, trained maybe as potty, good with cats / other dogs, children, and adults of all ages. Must be within the Pennsylvania Area.
